Dip your toes in All Star Cheer this summer!

Registration open now!

The summer team is a low cost introduction to competition cheer. The girls will practice June-September. During this time they will learn a routine to compete with at the Tennessee Valley Fair in September. The cost for the summer team is $250 for the entire season. This includes uniform and competition fees. This does not include the one time yearly liability/membership fee $50. All summer competition team members can sign up for a tumbling class for only $55/month for summer session.

ORAC will be conducting a Summer Cheer Camp. All cheerleading skills will be taught including cheers, jumps, stunts, dance, and tumbling. The camp features theme days, team building games, spirit awards, and a performance on the last day. Awards will be given l and each cheerleader will receive a camp t-shirt if registered by June 6th.

Camp Details (2022):
* Athletes will be stunting and tumbling.
* Athletes will be grouped by their school and grade.
* We will communicate “drop-off and pick-up” locations to all parents prior to camp. Please make sure your daughter checks in at these locations.
* We suggest you arrive 5 minutes prior to check in/register, please DO NOT arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior.
* We ask that each day the participants wear t-shirt, shorts and TENNIS SHOES. We also ask that hair is pulled back and out of their face, and that they wear NO JEWELRY (Earrings are fine). We will ask the girls to remove all jewelry for their safety and for the safety of the other participants.
* We do have camp spirit days (dress-up days). Most participate, but it is certainly not mandatory. Please make sure they can easily remove it once they get working.
* Monday – No theme
* Tuesday – Holiday Day – dress in honor of your favorite holiday!
* Wednesday – Royalty – dress up as your favorite princess!
* Thursday – Pink & Purple Day – dress up in all Pink and Purple !
* Friday - wear your camp shirt! You will receive your camp shirt at the end of the day on Thursday.
* Participants MUST bring their own water bottle, with their name clearly marked.
* Due to allergies, NO snack or lunch is provided, please bring a sack lunch and snack from home.
* On Friday, the campers will perform the material they learned at camp in our “Camp Showcase”. This performance is OPEN to spectators!!! We WILL also provide a LIVE, Facebook stream of this performance. You can watch the performance on our page.

All Star Cheer is a discipline of cheer that involves athletes performing a 2 1/2-minute athletic routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance, and cheer segments. All Star athletes train and perform for the challenge and thrill of competition in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment (USASF.net)

To meet the desire of all athletes wanting to participate in All Star Cheerleading, Oak Ridge Academy of Cheer offers full year and half year teams. No matter the level of athlete or years of experience we accept all who want to be a part of the Royal family.
