EMERGENCY NOTICE"

Dear Members,

THIS IS AN EMERGENCY NOTICE TO EVERYONE THAT ACCESSED THE WATER AT THE CLUB IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS!

The DCYC Water Supply has tested positive for Bacteria.

The well must be cleaned, decontaminated then retested.

The process is scheduled to begin tomorrow,

The water to all Sinks and the Ice Machine will be turned off today!

DO NOT USE THE ICE FROM EITHER MACHINE

The toilets will be available for use but no hand washing!

Water at the Crane Pad is also affected! If you have filled your holding tank, or used the water for any other potable system, drain the system and dispose of the water.

A Follow-up email will be broadcast when the Water System test report a clean and sanitized system to all areas and faucets.

It was a light airs for the One Day Regatta - but still an amazing success with 15 boats out on the water racing!
NEXT UP:
1. Thursday Night RUM Races - Pursuit starts, casual, patio hangout afterwards! Continues through Daylight Savings Time.
2. Terlingua-In-Exile Regatta - October 15-17, register at https://www.dcyc.org/TIE
3. Full Moon Series - Sept 18 at 630pm, will put in 8-16miles on the lake depending on breeze.
