Registration is now open for the 2026 Oak Park Youth Football and Cheer season.

As a local, community‑based developmental program, OPRFYFC is committed to building strong fundamentals, fostering teamwork, and supporting the growth of every athlete—whether they are brand new to the sport or preparing for the next level. Over the years, our program has proudly seen numerous former players advance to college football at multiple levels and even the NFL, reflecting the strength of our coaching, culture, and long-term athlete development.

Program Options and Fees

Tackle Football
Regular Registration:

March 1st-May 15th $550 Payable in Full or Installment Plan

Late Registration:

May 16th-June 1st $600 Paid In Full

Extended Registration

June 2nd-June 15th $700 Paid In Full

Tackle football is organized into levels based on age, weight, and skill to ensure appropriate competition and development. Our program emphasizes fundamentals, safety, and progression, and competes in the respected Bill George Youth Football League (BGYFL), home to several of the state’s top youth programs.

Cheer
Standard Cheer Registration March 1st-May 15th $400

Extended Registration after May 15th $425

Open to ages 7–14, the cheer program welcomes all experience levels and focuses on skill development, teamwork, and performance confidence. Squads cheer at both home and travel games throughout the season.

Flag Football

Standard Registration March 1st-May 15th $250.00
Extended Registration May 16th-June 1st $300.00

Designed for ages 5–7, the flag program introduces young athletes to football in a safe, developmental environment. Seven‑year‑olds must weigh under 70 pounds to participate.

Tackle Football
(8 years old to 14 years old*) fees are $525, plus a refundable equipment deposit of $100.
Tackle football is divided into levels of competition depending on age, weight and skills. OPRFYFC competes in the highly regarded, west suburban based Bill George Youth Football (BGYFL), which includes several of the state's finest programs.
