Follow our Parks and Facilities team as they inspect the new playground at Longfellow Park!

Per Park District protocol, the team returns and reinspects the playground monthly to ensure the equipment continues to pass all of its safety measures and issues are addressed immediately. We strive to make our parks a consistently safe place for play which is why each playground across the Park District receives these monthly, in-depth inspections.

Our Parks and Facilities team is integral to keeping our playgrounds dependable and secure. If you see them out in our parks, give them a wave and know they are working diligently to make our parks the best they can be!
