Have the mentality to take a step or two back in your training protocols so you can take a massive leap forward.

We always focus on your posture and movement prior to any “strength” protocols. It’s not worth sacrificing your body to build strength that you aren’t capable of using in your day to day life.

Some of my best memories have been working with my clients. We get the work done so you can thrive yet never take things TOO seriously and make sure to have some fun.

I can truly say that being the business owner of Form First is something I get to wake up every day and say I love what I do.

For those of you who are new to this page - My name is Hunter Schwietz and I am a biomechanics and functional movement trainer. I focus on correcting my client’s posture in order to reduce pain and prevent injury. Once the posture is enhanced and pain is no longer an issue, then I focus on their gait and the quality of their movement leading to increased performance.
