The beauty about working from home is the flexible hours and ability to multitask while at work.
The disadvantages?
Less body movement, more muscle dis composition (neck, back and spine primarily), not-the -best meal decisions, increase in laziness.
You must integrate movement daily, no matter what!
Park your car at the furthest edge of the lot to force extra steps into your day at work or running errands. Take the stairs instead of the elevator every single time the option presents itself. Take phone calls standing up or walking around rather than sitting in front of a desk for hours. Take a dance break :) whatever it is, make sure your body is MOVING.
