The beauty about working from home is the flexible hours and ability to multitask while at work.

The disadvantages?
Less body movement, more muscle dis composition (neck, back and spine primarily), not-the -best meal decisions, increase in laziness.

You must integrate movement daily, no matter what!

Park your car at the furthest edge of the lot to force extra steps into your day at work or running errands. Take the stairs instead of the elevator every single time the option presents itself. Take phone calls standing up or walking around rather than sitting in front of a desk for hours. Take a dance break :) whatever it is, make sure your body is MOVING.

Vacation mode doesn’t mean quitting.

Summer vacations are meant to be enjoyed. ☀️🏖️ They are for making memories, spending time with family, exploring new places, and living life.

But vacation doesn’t have to mean abandoning every healthy habit you’ve worked so hard to build. It can be as simple as staying hydrated 💧, taking walks, getting some movement in, prioritizing protein, or making mindful choices when you can.

Remember, fitness should fit into your life—not take away from it. The goal isn’t perfection while you’re away. The goal is maintaining momentum so you can come home feeling refreshed instead of feeling like you have to start all over again.

Enjoy the trip. Enjoy the food. Enjoy the memories. Just don’t leave your healthy habits behind. ✈️✨
