📱 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT — DAY 2

She had never stepped foot in a gym.

Then came a sprained ankle. A respiratory illness. Zero energy. And at 60 years old — a diagnosis of osteoporosis.
That’s when Beth decided enough was enough.

In her own words:
“I saw Alex’s message to come in for an assessment and joined right afterwards. First time ever joining a gym.

I saw immediate improvement in what I could do — things I never imagined — and was encouraged by seeing others my age show up and really put in the work.

My proudest moment was when I did a 2-minute plank for the first time.

What surprised me the most was how much better I felt, and the extra energy I have after a tough workout. Is it easy? No. But well worth the effort.

I would tell anyone to invest in your health now — don’t wait. Last year I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 60. I am determined to continue to invest in my health to avoid being on medication.

I dropped from a size 10 to a size 4-6, and from a M-L shirt to an XS-S.

They say it’s because you’re young…

But what about them?

No shortcuts. No “perfect” timing. Just two women who decided they were done making excuses and ready to show up for themselves.

Different age. Same discipline. Same commitment. Same choice to change.

Because the truth is

*progress doesn’t care how old you are.

It cares how willing you are to put in the work and keep going when it’s not easy.

Age DOESN’T build consistency. Age DOESN’T create change. Plenty of people have time and never use it.

Age isn’t the advantage. Effort is.

Wayne came in with a number in his head and a fire in his gut. 257 lbs, frustrated, and done with settling.

60 pounds later-he’s pulling 85 lbs of fishing gear over sand dunes without breaking a sweat, doing 75 push-ups daily, and his doctor barely recognized his own patient.

But what I’m most proud of? The man he became in the process. PTSD, anxiety, plateaus, frustration. He pushed through ALL of it.

This is what happens when someone stops hoping and starts doing. We just showed up with the plan. Wayne did the work. 💪

Most people don’t have a fat loss problem.

They have a discipline problem.
You’re not “always hungry”…
You’re under-eating protein.
You’re not “struggling to lose weight”…
You’re snacking on junk all day.
You’re not “low energy”…
You’re dehydrated and sleeping like s**t.

This isn’t complicated.

You’re just not doing the basics long enough to see results.

Protein. Veggies. Water. Sleep. Steps. Strength training.

Do it consistently and your body has no choice but to change.

No detox.
No magic plan.
No starting over every Monday.
Summer is right around the corner.

You can either tighten up now… or keep telling yourself “next month.”
