Olympic Weightlifting Workshop:Hosted By

During this 2 Hour workshop, Coach Rachel will be running skills and drills for the; Sn**ch, Clean & Jerk.
While prociding feedback in real time during the lifting portion of class. This workshop is intended to instill and develop proper mechanics and positions in the olympic lifts. You will also get a chance to work on these mechanics in an active weightlifting session for all 3 lifts!
Who is this for?
Everyone!
Beginners: Practice with training bars/ PVC and lay a strong foundation.
Intermediate: Refine your skills, use appropriate loads to practice in an active session.
Advanved/RX: Expand your knowledge and refine skills to apply to your lifting immediately during the session.
Coach Rachel (pictured), Master in Science, has been a certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach since 2011. She is also a certified performance enhancement coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified Kettlebell instructor. With 15 years of coaching and education, anyone attending is sure to grow their weightlifting ability and knowledge.
