Hammer'n Hanks House Of Pain 24 hour Fitness Center Just outside of Oak Harbor, Ohio. We are a 24hr Fitness Facility designed to accommodate men and women of all ages.

Anything from free weights to circuit training with the ability to work every muscle group and isolate. Our cardio equipment covers several types of treadmills and ellipticals including recumbent bikes and arc trainer. We have a small sound system to enhance the experience. However we also offer free WIFI for all members to use if you are looking to use an ipod or similar devices. Once in our sys

tem, there is a keypad at the front door to enter your member # and code. This allows you to come and go at any time day or night. There is also 24hr video surveillance to ensure everyones safety and keep honesty among members. Memberships include single, couples and family. Prices are very competitive and are set from a day pass to one year membership.

This is to anyone with a gym membership. I will take however long I am told I have to be shut down and add it to your membership. I don't want everyone to get the short end of the stick. So what ever I can absorb I will. If I get to pay utilities out of pocket for a little while and all are safe it's worth it. Thanks to everyone for your patience. Hope to see you soon.
