Team Stayin' Alive of the North Puget Sound Dragon Boat Club Here there be Dragons! The North Puget Sound Dragon Boat Club is the Premiere Dragon Boat Club on Whidbey Island. Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes early.

Welcome to the Official page for Team Stayin' Alive of the North Puget Sound Dragon Boat Club, the Premiere Dragon Boat Club on Whidbey Island. The NPS Dragon Boat Club is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Stayin' Alive paddles at the Oak Harbor Marina next to the boat launching dock, Monday, Wednesday & Saturday, March through September. Membership is open to everyone. Come as a guest for up to 3 times-- life-jackets and paddles provided. Paddling has been shown to be especially beneficial to cancer survivors and our Seavivors have won first place in races at Bellevue and Portland. Our members come from all over the North Puget Sound area to include; Everett, Mount Vernon, Bellingham, Seattle, Camano and Whidbey Island. They come for "Fun, Fitness and Friendship".

Mother Nature got over being so cranky and we were able to finally get our 2025 season underway. It was a perfect evening for paddling. Very little wind and no rain. Cool looking clouds with blue sky’s peeking thru. We saw an eagle, a blue heron, lots of little bird (don’t know their name) and as always our seals. There were just six of us paddling our little hearts out in our boat the “dragonfly.” Great beginning.
