We have different classes depending on age and experience which designed to bring out the best in students of all ages. Our classes focus on the traditional values of TaeKwonDo. uctors. Classes focus on TaeKwonDo with a mixture of grappling techniques. TaeKwonDo is a powerful kicking and striking art developed for self-defense. If you are interested in competing we offer various types of Martial Art competitions including: forms, point sparring, Olympic TaeKwonDo sparring, and board breaking.Introducing youth to TaeKwonDo : The Little Kickers program is designed to introduce young children to TaeKwonDo. This class focuses on developing coordination and motor skills building up confidence and precision. Basic mental skills will also be taught to your child.
