2026 has been off to a fantastic start, and we’re just heating up! As we move into the heart of the season, Summer Bandit Charters is excited to announce the expansion of our fleet with that comes the need to expend our crew.
With this growth comes an opportunity to join one of the area’s premier charter operations.
NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME CHARTER CAPTAIN
We’re looking for a motivated, professional, and experienced captain to become part of the Summer Bandit Charters team.
Requirements:
✔ Experience targeting walleye and steelhead
✔ Available to run charters Monday through Friday and weekends as needed
✔ Must hold a valid U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMC)
✔ Must be enrolled in a USCG-compliant drug testing consortium
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused
✔ Ability to provide clients with a memorable day on the water
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fishing, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a growing charter business.
