(From our SKC Leaders)
We’re looking for new SKC leaders!!! Would you like to lead SKC? Take on the head role and make a difference?
Please fill out the application form below.
Dear SKC Family,
After much thought and reflection, we want to share that we have made the difficult decision to step down from our roles as SKC leaders. This was not an easy choice, as our time with this incredible league has meant so much to us. We’ve poured our hearts into this community, and we are so proud of everything we’ve accomplished together.
Serving as SKC leaders has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. We’ve built friendships, grown through challenges, and celebrated so many victories — both on and off the field. We’ve always strived to lead with passion, humility, and integrity, and to stay true to the core pillars that define SKC: community, camaraderie, and commitment.
As we transition out of leadership, we are filled with hope and excitement for what’s to come. It’s time for new energy and fresh ideas to take the helm — for someone to continue growing this league, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and keeping SKC the vibrant, competitive, and empowering space it’s meant to be.
To those stepping into leadership: lead boldly, stay grounded in our shared values, and always remember the impact this league has on every woman who shows up — whether for fun, fitness, friendship, or fierce competition. You have our full support, and we cannot wait to see what’s next for SKC.
We will be transitioning out in phases.
Rachael will be leaving first, after our SKC all commissioner meeting, working through applications and choosing of our new commissioners.
Abbra will be transitioning out during Fall season and ending her term once the seasons are finished and items are closed.
Jessica is going to stay on through the Spring season, and slowly fade out, making sure the new commissioners are set with their new roles.
We will always be available for questions, initiate help and give advice. If you feel as though you will be a great SKC leader, please fill out the application.
We look forward to helping the new team of SKC Leaders!
With heartfelt gratitude,
Abbra, Jessica and Rachael
