Yes, we’re closed on Sundays.

But that doesn’t mean the gym gets the day off. 😉

Sundays give our team a chance to slow down, reset, and tackle the cleaning and maintenance that can be tough to get to during a busy week.

From wiping down equipment and deep cleaning floors to organizing, inspecting, and fixing the little things you may never notice—we take pride in keeping CrossFit O’Fallon clean, safe, and ready for you.

Because the workout is only part of what we do.

Your safety matters. Your experience matters. And taking care of our gym matters.

So while you’re recovering on Sunday, we’ll be behind the scenes making sure the gym is ready to go Monday morning. 💪

A great coach doesn’t just teach movements—they help people believe they’re capable of more. You’ve done exactly that.

Cardio? You mean lift weights faster. 😂

At CrossFit O’Fallon, we have a simple philosophy: if you can make something harder by adding weight, why would you run?

Running? Hard pass.
Burpees? Unfortunately, yes.
Heavy weights at an unnecessarily fast pace? Now we’re talking. 💀

CrossFit has a funny way of turning strength training into cardio without ever actually admitting that we’re doing cardio.

You’ll come in thinking you’re here to lift… and 12 minutes later you’re questioning every decision that led you to this moment.

But that’s the fun of it. We train hard, we laugh at ourselves, we push each other, and somehow we keep coming back for more.

Come get your cardio the responsible way: lift weights faster. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

A privilege to wake up with another chance to grow stronger.
