Happy National Coaches Day! 🚣🩵

Behind every athlete’s progress is a coach who believes in them. Today, we celebrate our coaches for their dedication, passion, and love for rowing—and for showing up every day to help our athletes grow, build confidence, and find joy in the sport.

To every coach who has been part of Rockland Rowing, thank you for sharing your time, knowledge, and heart with our team. Each of you has helped make this program what it is today, and we’re grateful for the difference you’ve made on and off the water. 🩵

What a weekend for Rockland Rowing! 🚣🩵

Incredible racing at Head of the Riverfront! Our novice team competed in their first regatta, and our varsity team had amazing results. So proud of everyone!

Our masters also had a fun weekend racing at Head of the Passaic! Despite a tricky moment with a bridge and another boat, they finished with the second-fastest time! 🙌

Thank you to all our parents and coaches for everything you do to support our team!

A special addition to our boathouse 📚🚣‍♀️
A huge thank you to Charlotte Lillie Balogh, author of Capsized, for gifting a copy of her book to our team. We’re so excited to have it at Rockland Rowing and to share her story with our athletes and rowing community.

Thank you, Charlotte, for thinking of us and for supporting the next generation of rowers! Charlotte Lillie Balogh
