I have been lucky enough to enjoy a few weekends in the place we all love, the UP.

onX Offroad is offering a free advanced class this Thursday, November 6th starting at 8PM EST! They're also offering a free starter class on Thursday, November 20th starting at 8PM EST.

For those of you that don't use onX, I would highly consider taking a look at it! I've been using for about 5 seasons now and it has helped me find tons of new riding terrain both here in the UP and out West!

Round 2 of our Annual Midwest Sled Fest Seney Spring Send has been announced.

Last year we had an amazing turnout (even with the weather).

This year should be nothing short of amazing.

There will be food, music, bonfires, sleds jumping, group rides, giveaways, and much more.

YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS IT!

Good Morning!

Michigan Backcountry Addicts & Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum will be hosting an avalanche training!

Mike Duffy of Avalanche1 will be putting on the training on Sunday, 12/14/25 starting at 2pm at the Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum located in Naubinway Michigan.

Hopefully we’ll have snow by then and we can all get a good ride in on Saturday and attend the training on Sunday!

Costs are $49 per person, $25 for anyone under 16. Bring your own gear if you have it, if not, Mike has plenty of extra gear to help with the training.

I’d like to introduce myself.

My name is Richard “Noah” Prestage. I’m a 24 year old from the Central Michigan area that has grown up riding snowmobiles all over Michigan. I am passionate about this industry and I would like to continue the growth of Michigan Backcountry Addicts.

Travis was kind enough to pass me the torch to help set up events, merch, stickers, and everything else that involves our great snowmobiling state.

I would like to grow this group and continue its connections with those within the group. If you aren’t already, go join the MBA group on Facebook.

I have posted a forum in the MBA group to ask people what they would like to see from us here at MBA.

Feel free let me know of any ideas, any questions, or anything related to snowmobiling!

Thanks again to everyone who stopped by the booth this weekend! It was such a great weekend being able to finally meet many of you for the first time after talking online for years, seeing you again since last season, and meeting brand new friends and group members.

We truly have an amazing community of riders here that incourage and support one another. It’s awesome.

Can’t wait to see you guys up North soon, pray for snow ❄️🙏🏼
