Increase Bone Density

Strength training can increase bone density and decrease overall bone loss by helping to stimulate bone growth and increase the strength of existing bones. To optimize these benefits, you should strength train at least twice per week.

Menopause may really challenge bone density among so many other things, just like age in general so make it priority to protect your bones. They're important! A yearly DEXA scan can give you a good baseline on where you're at.
