Northwoods Bowmen's Club

Northwoods Bowmen's Club Northwoods Bowmen's Club is an archery club organized in 1954 to offer opportunities for recreational archery.

The club has an indoor range in Novato that serves as the primary site for club events. The club hosts 10-week league shoots throughout the year. Members use a wide variety of equipment, ranging from long bows with cedar arrows to compound bows with sites, mechanical releases, and stabilizers. Club shoots utilize standard targets as well as 3-D animals. These are friendly competitions with a wide

range of categories that reflect the type of equipment used. We hold a monthly board meeting, as well as periodic work parties to maintain the range and prepare targets.

Please let us know if you would like to go to this years B.C. Shoot! We will be doing a mass registration on 6/13/26 to try to get our preferred starting targets on the Red Range.

Hi Everyone!

Starting October 20, 2024 we will be accepting Toy Donations at our club to help those in need for the holidays.

If you can spare, please bring a new, unwrapped toy, on any Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday evening, between 6:30pm and 8:00pm and we will store and donate your toy to our local police or fire station for distribution.

Please note that only NFAA registered shooters can sign up for this event.

Signup for this event will be handled via the Region through their website. Once we have the link we will post an update through newsletter, Facebook, and our website.
