So I was out riding my bike the other day and.....Wow, another reason to come to my Spin class at Healthworks Total Fitness in Novato....Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6am. Thursday at 5:15pm.

Ran into this scene on the way back from a mountain bike ride at China Camp. Police just arrived and found the driver drunk, but relatively unharmed. A DUI at 9:30 AM on a Sunday....better him than me. At least he ran his car into a hill and not one of the many people on bikes out there! Come to spin class....no cars:)

Great day for a ride in the hills. I love the life I am building. Spin class full of enthusiastic people at Healthworks Total Fitness in Novato at 6am, then some studying (another word for napping), a trip to the bike store, followed by a ride in the hills just outside San Rafael.

What a great spin class this morning at Healthworks Total Fitness. 6am on a Monday and there was a full class of people starting their day off with some fun, exercise, and comraderie.
