✨NEW CLASS ADDED TO SCHEDULE!✨
💜DANCE CONDITIONING💜 for ages 10-16 is particularly for students looking to improve their overall dance technique. This class is designed to build core strength, enhance flexibility and refine posture and alignment. This weekly (non-performance) class will help dancers with the training they need to improve power for leaps, ankle strength for turns and control for extensions. It is a great additional class for students who would like to elevate their dance training and focus on fundamentals. https://www.splitzdance.com/index.html
