We have a MODIFIED class schedule Thanksgiving Week 🦃 Only the following classes will be going on this week. Normal class schedule to resume the following week:

🍗Strength Surge - M (5:30p), T/W (9a+5:15p), F (9:15a)

🍗Turn Up Dance - W (6:30p)

All classes are $12 to drop in!

Today is 4 years of missin you. Working out has been one of the best ways for me to process grief. Moving my body gives me space to release all that heaviness, to breathe deeply, and to feel just a bit lighter. Sometimes, grief feels like it’s trapped in our bodies, and breaking a sweat or lifting weights is a reminder that we’re still here, still strong, and capable of healing. It’s not about “bouncing back”—it’s about showing up for myself, even on the hardest days. If you’re grieving, know you’re not alone; movement can be part of your journey too and Mad Woman Fitness is here to support you on that journey🫶. To my dad - if you can hear this- you made me who I am💙.
