**Severe Winter Weather Update ❄️**

The safety of our clients and trainers is our top priority! With the winter weather rolling in, please check our Instagram stories regularly for updates on class cancellations or schedule changes.

Before heading out, double-check the online schedule to ensure your class is still on.

** To help keep our gym safe and clean during snowy, salty, slushy conditions:

- Bring a clean pair of shoes to change into and leave your outdoor shoes in the entry area by the door.

- Avoid training in shoes you’ve worn outside to prevent slippery floors and salt damage.

Thank you for your understanding and commitment to keeping our space safe & clean for everyone!
