Crossfit Florian Co-owned by Beau Claiborne, and Bill Malcomb CrossFit Florian is a 5,500 square foot facility of raw, uncharted bliss.

At CFF we make "working-out" fun BUT WITH RESULTS. The stimulus is varied and the results dramatic. CrossFit programming is appropriate and beneficial for all levels of athleticism, age and ability. The WODs (work-out of the day) incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, running and plyometrics. Each WOD is modified to match the abilities and comfort level of each member. Through a strong community and hard work we make strong people faster and endurance athletes more powerful.

Tomorrow (9/24), we will be honoring our longtime member and friend, Dennis Doherty.

Dennis was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The WOD (with his favorite movements) is dedicated to him and his courageous fight against this disease.

Let’s keep Dennis and his family in our thoughts and prayers!

What makes our community the best is the manner in which we come together to help each other in a time of need. Let’s do what we do best & we will see you tomorrow AM!

Gym Update:

We are very fortunate that the fire dept acted so quickly and were able to contain and put out the fire next door before it did any damage to CFF.

As expected, there is some clean up involved before we can resume business as usual but I’m happy to report that is already under way!

For that reason, the gym will remain closed for (at least) the duration of this week.

I will let you know more definitive schedule info as I receive it.

Hey CFF,

As many of you likely know by now, there was a fire next door at Bubbles laundromat this evening. At this point we do not know how it has affected CFF but as a precaution, the gym will be closed tomorrow (Wed, August 3rd).
I will update this page as soon as we know more.
