Ms Tia Uphoff has recently
relocated to Norwood, Colorado and had opened a local Up-off Gymnastics. This is mobile company that offers a carefully
planned curriculum, organized for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary students to age 10. She is a college-educated,
First-Aid certified, former competitive gymnast and dancer. She is also bilingual Spanish/English after residing in Ecuador,
South A
merica for several years. All classes are offered in a safe, reassuring, program utilizing lots of positive reinforcement
where each child can progress at their own rate to meet personal goals. We come to your location and provide all the equipment. Past locations have included preschools, libraries, organizations, home-school group or small parent-organized groups. We are anxious to offer additional classes in the San Miguel area. Prices vary according to number and age of students, class

Up-off Gymnastics instructors teach the exciting sport of gymnastics at both basic and intermediate levels. The classes are designed for children from toddlers to age 10. The students will develop skills on the balance beam, tumbling mats and mini trampoline. The beam is used to develop balance and coordination by having the students perform a variety of poses, jumps and traveling skills. The students will increase strength and flexibility while increasing their skills on the tumbling mat. They will learn the proper techniques to perform basic rolls, headstands, cartwheels and back bends. The mini trampoline will assist the children in developing spacial awareness and lower body strength. Up-off Gymnastics believes in the use of positive reinforcement to encourage each student to achieve their personal best. Students will leave each class with a feeling of success! HOLA SPANISH
