Standard Auto Debit – $50/month plus a $59.99 maintenance fee once a year. (Gym, classes, saunas)

Hero - $35/month plus a $59.99 maintenance fee once a year. A 12-month contract
which allows access to all amenities (Gym, classes, saunas). This membership is for
people who are employed by Police, Fire, EMTS, or Military. This includes Veterans. Member must show proof of empl

oyment or veteran status. Family of Hero - $40/month plus a $59.99 maintenance fee once a year. This membership is for direct family members of a person employed by police, fire, EMTS, or Military. They must show proof of relation. This can be done a few ways. The “Hero” can be present when family member is signing up. The “Hero” can send Evolve a confirmation of relationship from their work email to [email protected]. Corp - $40/month plus a $59.99 maintenance fee once a year. This membership is for
employees of GE, Unison, Chobani, Amphenol, . Proof of employment is required at time of sign up. Non-Contract Auto Debit - $60/month plus $59.99 maintenance fee AT SIGN UP. This is a month to month membership that can be terminated at any time with no fee. This
membership will automatically renew each month and does not require a new intake
form for each renewal. Standard - $70 for one month (30 days). This includes access to all gym amenities. Student - $40 for one month or $120 for three months. This is for high school and
college students. Members must show proof of student status during initial sign up. (ID card, Recent Report Card, or Letter from school with students name on it)

Senior – $37 for one month or $105 for three months. This is for individuals 65 years of age or older. Member will need to present ID with proof of age during initial sign up. Active Military – Free for three months. This is for any active military personnel. Member must show current Military ID to receive discount. Member is eligible for Hero membership discount after three free months. One Year Paid In Full - $820 for a full 12 month membership. Punch Card – $70 for one card or $130 for two cards. Each punch card allows for 11 visits to the gym. Punch cards do not expire. These are good for people who visit the area on a semi regular basis or only come for classes. Cannot be transferred between members. Day Pass - $11 a pass. Good for one visit at the gym. These can also be used to take a single class. Week Pass - $35 a pass. Good for seven days. These can be used for gym or class access.

To all of our valued members, I just spoke to Gym Master and they confirmed there was an update to their servers and not all carriers were updated at the same time. The update is now complete, all members that use the Bluetooth App to access the gym, will need to log out of the app and then log back in, making sure to allow your Bluetooth to access the app, then you should have no problem gaining access to the gym. We appreciate your patience during this update.

We understand everyone’s frustrated and please understand we’re deeply frustrated too. The situation is the landlord is responsible for supplying the heat. We can’t just replace his heaters. We don’t have the right to do that and he has refused outwardly to fix them.

Right now we’re looking at other options like temporary heating to put in the gym until maybe we can get a court to enforce the law and make him replace the heating.
