A friendly reminder to change your shoes when come into the gym!!!! Salt and water is the worst thing for our equipment. Please help us keep our space and equipment clean. If you don’t have a change of shoes wipe them off!!!

What an honor it is to be in business in our community for 10 years! Jena and Sonny had a vision and created something so special! I am so grateful and humbled to be able to continue to grow and evolve the gym into what we have today!
