We're excited to welcome Dawn Cedrone to the NAC team! Dawn will be teaching our Monday evening 5:30 PM 20/20/20 class beginning this week.

With many years of experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, Dawn is passionate about helping people reach their fitness and wellness goals. Her workouts focus on:

βœ… Balance and core training
βœ… Building and maintaining strength
βœ… Improving overall health and wellness

Dawn holds certifications in:

Meet our new trainer: Josh Patriquin!

Josh brings a unique athletic background to NAC - he's played rugby for 7 years, including 2 years at the professional level. He's traveled internationally to compete in tournaments (most recently Grenada) and has practiced with the New England Freejacks.

Playing rugby at a high level, Josh knows what it takes to keep your body in peak condition. With his knowledge of exercise and biomechanics, he's excited to help NAC members reach their goals!
