Today marks the last month of the 2026 Dragon Boat Season. Fall is upon us, which means the sun is setting earlier.

Starting at todays community paddle we will be getting on the Water at 5pm, instead of 5:30pm. If you are new, please come by 4:30. If you are not new, still come early so that you will have time to sign in and get your gear!

This Summer has been so great with a lot of new dragon boaters and many regulars. Lets continue that for the Month of September.

A big Paddles Up! for Dawn and Tom who organized our 1st PICKLEBALL fund raising tournament. It was a great success on Saturday, August 15th. They couldn’t have done it with out their sponsors, Federal Credit Union

Many thanks to Joan and Matt for opening their lovely home for a Dirigo Dragons’ social…great food and drinks were enjoyed as were birthday celebrations, tributes, prizes and camaraderie!

A great team with some different skills and a different approach..,Dragon boat coaching is made up of many approaches to forming a team…we all work together to strive at each practice for improvement .
