We are excited to announce our new "Men's Strength Collective" Small Group Sessions, beginning Saturday May 9th. At Maple City Health Club we aim to not only help you grow inside the gym, but in your daily lives outside of the gym as well. As men, we all fall short of our duties as husbands, fathers, coworkers, and friends. Sometimes we feel too busy to put our own health first, but what we really need is accountability. We carry guilt and have nowhere to unleash it. This small group is a place for us to get together with our "pack" and lift one another up by sharing wisdom and experiences, and holding each other accountable, all while strengthening our bodies.
Non-members are welcome to join this group as well. We hope to be able to impact anybody who feels they are in need of a small group, so this is not only limited to members.
We strive to see this program grow to where we have to add more sessions. For now, these will only be on Saturdays from 6:45AM-7:45AM and the spots are limited. We intend to keep this group small and close-knit. If you already have a small group that just needs structure, this is for you. If you are currently a lone wolf in the gym, you will find yourself making some new friends and becoming part of something impactful!
