For the month of November I'll be offering free fitness consultations which will include mobility, strength and endurance assessments that will allow you to personalize your workouts to your needs and goals. I'm also excited to introduce semi-private training which will incorporate personalized programming in a small group setting for a fraction of the cost of traditional training!
