Someone mentioned we might race this year in W.A. at Perth Motorplex it’s not the actual track telling us that…. The last meeting we raced there was a couple of adventures…. In the sand racing the Aeroflow Performance cars, then pass 3 close to the wall in the dew of the night.
Car is out, we will start to setup all of the Dyme fluid systems, Darton Sleeves gear we got whilst in the states recently. Most people are amazed, we can and I say can get from here to a race ready car in one night, we have a great crew and we might be out of practice but muscle memory takes over.
When we know what Australian National Drag Racing Association or motorplex is doing this season we will let you know.. if not head to the states in 27 NITRO CHAOS here we come…

Today, we're looking back to the last season of drag racing at the Perth Motorplex and we have James Kemp launching the Statler And Waldorf Racing Nitro Altered, Animal, at the East versus West NitroSlam round in Mark 2025. We're lucky to have a couple of AA/FA Fuel Aterted's running here on the West Coast, and we can't wait to see these guys on track again soon.

Earlier in the year we saw some information about some quick release fluid fittings, we spent some time talking to Cory at Dyme about the suitability of specific seals and fittings to run in our nitro environment, we worked through a list and just before we headed to the states the first delivery arrived. Over the next couple of months I will share the journey of the installation of this great looking gear. Whilst we were in LA we took the opportunity to go and have a look at their facility and talk to the lads that were not at the high performance expo in Charlotte. Have a look at their socials, great looking gear backed up by testing and certifications.

As we run harder there is more work to do between rounds, clearing the fuel system of Nitro and the oil system of used oil is a painstaking task typically, This season we are changing over to the Dyme fittings on the Animal this is intended to reduce time and create longevity in the connection. You will see the distinctive colour on the car. Have a look at their gear looks and tests very well.
