Friends - my Longevity Lab account was hijacked and wiped out. They are using the identity to reach out to contacts in my name now to try to sell fake crypto currency.

#1 DO NOT click on any links messaged from any friends or acquaintances you did not ask for
#2 DO NOT screen shot any such direct messages - this is how they accessed my account
#3 Update your passwords frequently and use double protections on your accounts

Even though we cannot stay where we are, we won’t give up. Covid has us all down on our knees but we will rise up from this moment and this situation. Closing down our NYC location but hoping to reopen when all of this is over, this time in CT. Please, please do not stop exercising and moving your bodies. There’s so much content online and so many amazing trainers that can train you remotely. It is crucial for all of us to stay physically active! Nothing can stop the fitness industry, we are stronger than that!
