we are a small group or runners motivating people who struggle to put a steep out of their comfort zone,we meet every Monday at 6:30pm rain or shine, Tuesday morning at5:30am just in case you are an early bird,runners of all levels are welcome.

John Jay Trail Race, I won 1st place, men 40-49. Never won an age group before. Didn't think I was fast enough for "racing" shoes but, boy, do they help! Los Runners NCT congrats to Aaron Aron Schor for taking age group im sure a lot of you guys remember him from sono half to monday night group runs.

O'Neill's 5K is on Sunday June 7, 2026. It includes the following events: O'Neill's 5K, O'Neill's Virtual 5K, O'Neill's Virtual 1 Mile Health Walk, and O'Neill's Virtual Kids Half Mile Fun Run.

Just a quick reminder,next Sunday December 14 at 8:30am we are hosting our annual ugly sweater run/toy run ,we will run from our Monday night group run location to home town deli,you can donate an unopened toy for kids in need,if you can't donate we totally undestand,you can sill run,or if you can donate but can't run feel free to drop a toy,we will bring it over for you!
