The swim got cut (too cold to flop around), so we kicked things off with a 5K instead. Surprise!

I hadn’t run more than 4 miles in training, so… vibes over preparation?

Went full gas the whole time. Legs were dying, but the bike felt amazing—like actually fun.

So grateful for my #1 supporter who always shows up for me 😘 and my #1 cheerleader my mom 📣

Can’t believe I’m saying this but… doing it all again in 6 days! Hopefully with less running and more swimming 🤞🏻

In addition to the obvious body composition changes; speed, strength, and endurance have all also increased!

There is a 20 pound difference between these photos and this was done without tracking calories, points, carbs etc!!

I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again, i love working with badass women who love to work hard to achieve their goals!!
