The weather is beautiful and the temp is prime!
Take a mental health moment for yourself and enjoy the sun.

Go for a walk, take a deep breath in the rays of the sun, or meditate to the sounds of nature.

Reminder: August 25th will be our last day together, but it will be the biggest and best.

Sunday Yoga in the park with Huron County Park District not only supports your, but also IVY Invest in Youth Inc and the amazing things they do for our children and community.

This Sunday.
$15 ($5 directly donated to IVY)

So often we cannot capture what we do at IVY. Pictures are not always good in the hard moments that we serve our families. But these faces of joy when they received their suitcases full of clothes were precious. This is what you provide when you donate in any way to IVY!

Todays weather and scenery provide the most perfect yoga scene.

Before starting we enjoyed an amazing little bunny who joined us for opening meditation and grounding, and when we concluded we were welcomed by a beautiful butterfly reminding us to let go of what’s no serving us.

Thank you Huron County Park District for allowing me to be the person to lead our community in such a beautiful location.

We will see you again July 28th

Mother Nature has cleared her schedule for us tomorrow. 78 degrees and beautiful blue skies await us.

This is your evening reminder to set your alarm and meet me on your mat tomorrow at 8:30am.

Huron County Park District has provided a beautiful location at the Veterans Memorial on Shady Lane.

And your attendance helps IVY Invest in Youth Inc as well.
$5 from each students tuition directly supports this amazing organization and the families they continue to provide for.

The weather looked a little daunting, but the heavy clouds created a beautiful space for us to meditate this morning.

No matter the class size, I’m always up for a mental escape and an opportunity to introduce yoga to anyone.

Always put yourself first, mentally and physically!

You can get a double dose of yoga, meditation, good energy and great people this Sunday.

8:30am catch me at the Veterans Memorial on Shady Lane with Huron County Park District for a 45 minute sunrise stretch and meditation flow.

Then follow me over to Wakeman for an event that is sure to have something for EVERYONE and support the restoration of the Norwalk Theatre and Norwalk Arts Center!

Norwalk Arts Center is a community based non-proft organization serving all residents of Norwalk, Ohio, Huron County and beyond. Our Mission is to provide opportunities in Art, Theatre, Dance and Music through education, performance and entertainment.
