"Shout Out" to the great season had by 14 Herons! A mix of returning Lockdown players and new players to the program, brought tons of energy every day to the court and their team. HC Jess and AC Jarrett put this team through the paces daily and provided a wealth of outstanding training. As is our number one goal here at Lockdown VBC, this team got better and better as the season went along. They finished tournament play with three top five finishes, including taking home Championship Hardware at the AAU Grand Prix.

13 Kiwis on the docket for End of Season "Shout Out ". 7 top ten finishes this season, including 2 Championship trophies at Home for the Holidays and Great Nor'Easter; 2nd place finish at AAU Grand Prix; 5th Place at DC Capitol Hill Classic, North Atlantic championships & RI Rumble. HC Abby & ACs Lauren & Elena molded this group into gritty competitors! Tons of talent combined with good mentoring and a willingness to get better has this group a "must watch" over the coming seasons!

13 Robins gettin the "Shout Out" today! 2 top 10 finishes on the season with a podium 3rd Place finish at AAU Champions League Finals. HC Meg and AC Ariana took this teams trajectory Up, Up, Up all season long! Comprised of mostly 1st year Club players, this team really bought into the Lockdown VBC mantra . Next "Shout Out" goes to our 12 Sandpipers! HC Sandra & AC Avery guided this group all season. Their ability to make this group love the sport was noted daily. Growth was made, fun was had, friendships were developed. This team loved being together at practice and tournaments. 4 times the Sandpipers finished 2nd or 3rd Place this season! This team has already, regularly been back in the gym this off season training hard.

End of Season "Shout Out" to 12 Puffins! Every day was about learning something new about Volleyball. The growth was evident. This team jelled and loved being around each other. Led by Coaches Jackie, Emily and Rowan, the goal was . As the season progressed it was easy to note the work was put in. Three top 5 finishes this season!

Starting our end of the season "Shout Outs" with the 11 hummingbirds. First year for 11's team in our program history. This team was high energy, ready to rumble group of kids. HC Sandra and AC Lucy did an amazing job instilling a passion for the game in this group. Playing in mostly 12s division tournaments they finished top 10 in three of their four tournaments on the season. Including a 3rd place finish at the AAU Spring Kickoff and the AAU Champions League Finals! It was an amazing first season for this group! We can't wait to watch them grow over the years to come.
