All football players and coaches are FREE. All other guests are $35 per person. Please fill out the google form to RSVP even if you are a coach/player whose ticket is free, we still need to account for whether you are attending or not.

The google form has a link to pay by credit card. No payments will be accepted at the door.

This form is where families and athletes can RSVP for the Football Banquet on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Envision Hotel in Mansfield, MA at 6:00pm. Players and coaches are FREE.
