Attention attention schedule change. I keep forgetting to post about this is the new schedule. we moved the September 5 race to the 19th because of the vintage racers down at the racetrack.

Just putting it out there we are racing tonight. Hot laps at six. Track might have a little bit of character in it, but it looks pretty decent so we’ll see what the rest of the day brings hope to see everybody tonight. We are still working so we are planning on running tonight

OK, it is race day at Norton mini Speedway. We are trying to work the track please watch Facebook. We had an inch of rain on Wednesday night and washed out pretty bad. Thought we had a pretty good last night and got a little bit of rain again and we’re trying to decide what we’re gonna do. We are trying to work it and trying to make it safe and Gracie so just watch Facebook message before you leave. We’ll try to get it posted as soon as possible. We are trying to do what we can but we know we want a good racetrack too so thank you all.

Another reminder about safety stuff insurance is getting pretty strict. We need to make sure everybody that’s 13 and under has to wear a chest protector. We will be checking it so please wear the safety gear that’s required by Nka.

Attention attention, attention racers we are switching our spec fuel from Ulta on the corner to loves pump 1 91 octane please pass the word on to everybody. You know about that. I want to make it clear. It’s loves pump 1 91 octane.

‼️Attention racers‼️

🏁Per NKA rules, the helmets must align with current snell, FIA or SFI ratings. Snell helmets with the date of 2020 or newer are approved. Anything 10 years past the manufacture date is not allowed.
🏁All helmets must be taken to the score tower when getting a transponder and will inspected. 🏁You will be given this race (8/15/26) only as a grace period. Correct approved helmet WILL BE REQUIRED by the first September race or you will not be allowed to race. This is for insurance AND safety!!

🏁Also reminder- it is mandatory for all racers to have a race receiver. We will do a test at the pit meeting so bring them with you.

One other thing I forgot to post somebody lost their race receiver either in the pits or at the fair if you found one, please let me know and I can get it back to them. They’re not cheap. I understand thank you.

Just wanted to get on here and thank everyone racing with us is that last Saturday it was a hot one but fun one races were phenomenal. I appreciate everybody that came out with the heat and made everything happen and I was wanting to get on here to remind everybody that’s racing that it is going to be mandatory for race receivers from here on out. I know a few people didn’t have them and didn’t know so I wanted to put it on here so if you know somebody that don’t have one, please let them know. It is mandatory to have a race receiver from now on thanks everyone for following and watching the page and racing with us at Norton mini Speedway. I will have pictures posted of the winners soon.

Just putting it out there, I forgot to talk about it earlier spec fuel is pump one at Ulta still so right on the corner on the highway up there. Just wanted to put that out there too.
