It’s been too long since I was able to take a hike, but today was a beautiful spring day and had to get out and get moving! I hope everyone is able to get outside wherever possible!

If you are looking for group classes, come check us out! We have Spin, Total Body and online Zumba currently on our schedule for January with the possibility of adding on more classes if there is enough interest. Classes held at Snap are free to members but a class pass can be purchased by non members and those wanting to participate in Zoom Zumba. The price for a class pass is $60 and includes 12 classes. IM with questions or to set up a time to come in and tour our gym to see if we are a good fit for your workout needs!

I highly recommend stopping at this roadside park, if you’re ever in the Michigan Upper Peninsula, especiallyin autumn!! The walk from the parking lot to the river and falls is neither long or difficult, but the views are amazing!! I would rate it a 10 out of 10!!!

Thanks to all of you who donated to the American Cancer Society during the month of October, we have raised $325.00! Snap Fitness Spring Lake will be adding in our contribution for a grand total of $500. Thank you again for supporting this great cause! We couldn't have done it without you! 🫵💪
