Meet Nicole, Personal Trainer 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️

Nicole grew up in the Lansing area and joined the Coast Guard at just 19, where she served in both Duluth, Minnesota and Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. She met her husband while serving in the USCG and together they moved around to many places throughout the Great Lakes region. Today, they are a family of five (2 daughters and a son) that prioritizes getting outside together, mountain biking or hiking or relaxing on Lake Michigan beaches.

Nicole became passionate about strength training over the last 9 years and she is currently working towards her NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification. Nicole joined the Esteam Fitness staff in April of 2026. She will join Ron and Corina to help others and share the benefits of a consistent strength training regimen. She pushes herself to get stronger and is passionate about passing on her knowledge to clients on how it can improve their life in many aspects, physically and emotionally.

When she’s not in the gym training, you’ll find her making healthy meals for her family, baking sourdough, hiking the trails at the beach, or working in the garden.

Congrats to our very own Personal Trainer, Corina, for taking on the ForeShore Adventure Run last weekend! 🥇 25 challenging obstacles of sand, surf, and sweat across a 3.1 mile course. And this is her third year in a row placing first! 💪 That’s ESTEAM strong!

Meet Corina Grevel, Personal Trainer 💪🏃‍♀️👟

Corina is a lifelong athlete and University of Michigan grad excited to be joining the Esteam Fitness Training team part-time!

After a serious elbow injury in 2013, she gained a much deeper appreciation for functional movement, consistency, and overall wellness. That experience now shapes her coaching style — balancing stability with power. And with her athletic background, she’s also able to confidently coach clients with sport-specific goals, like running or golf. Whatever you’re working toward, she brings intention to every session.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her running a race (often with her husband!), reading on the beach, or baking sourdough.

Currently pursuing her NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential, Corina is all about helping others find a fitness routine that fits their lifestyle and builds a strong body that supports life beyond the gym!
