Our goal is to create an empowering space where everyone would feel comfortable exploring, and experiencing yoga. We have classes for the brand new student as well as the advanced practitioner. Yoga Teacher Training course as well as yoga for beginner programs. Our regular schedule offers 35 classes per week. We are open 7 days a week, including early morning, evening and weekend classes. Empower Yoga offers 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training classes, and is a registered school with the Yoga Alliance.
