And accidentally consume more calories than they realize.

The problem isn’t one hot dog or one sports drink.

They stop their routine.

Not because they don’t care about their health.
Not because they aren’t motivated.

What started as a goal to lose weight after her second child turned into a fitness journey she never expected.

After trying everything from boxing and yoga to rowing and pilates, Olga found her home at Northridge FIT—and hasn’t looked back since.

From loving the energy of the 5:30 AM crew to crushing a Hyrox event she once didn’t even know existed, Olga is proof that amazing things happen when you stay consistent and trust the process. 💪

Her advice for anyone thinking about starting?
👉 “Stop waiting for the perfect time. You don’t have to be fit to start; you just have to be willing to try.”
And in case you’re wondering—her favorite cheat meal is Surf & Turf followed by anything chocolate. 🍫😋
