Power of One is anxiously awaiting to be given the green light to get back to work. Personal training, being a professional service, can open in phase 2. We would like to thank all our clients for keeping in touch, doing their best to stay fit and utilizing our online cache of fitness videos as we worked through this pandemic. Upon our reopening, we would like to insure everyone that the Power of One team is committed to the well being of our staff and our clients. We have implemented a cleanliness protocol that exceeds the NYS Mandate. During our time apart, we have been working diligently disinfecting, painting, repairing and preparing for our much anticipated reopening. We cannot express how much we are looking forward to seeing our P1 family again and how much we missed all the love and laughter. Thank you all for waiting for us and see you soon! 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️
