With 3 conveniently located martial arts facilities, Tiger Rock's amazing staff and instructors work with students beginning at age 4 in the Tiger Cubs class (ages 4 and 5), Juniors class (ages 6 to 10), Youth class (ages 11 to 15), and Adult class (ages 16+). By working on the physical traits of Speed, Power, Accuracy, Range, Reaction, and Balance our instructors are able to help Transform the st
