It’s been almost two weeks since we lost a truly good man. 🤍
My dad was the definition of a gentleman. Loyal, trustworthy, dependable, and the kind of man who always did things the right way.
He taught me the importance of loyalty, trust, and keeping your word. He taught me to show up for the people I love and to do things the right way.
If you needed help, he was there. If you needed someone you could trust, he was your person.
I usually use this page to talk about fitness, strength, and healthy aging. But losing my dad has been a reminder that while our health is very important, so are the people we share our lives with.
Hug your people. Make the call. Tell them you love them. Have the dinner.
We don’t always get as much time as we think.
The world was lucky to have him. 🍀
