With 3 conveniently located martial arts facilities, Tiger Rock's amazing staff and instructors work with students beginning at age 4 in the Tiger Cubs class (ages 4 and 5), Juniors class (ages 6 to 10), Youth class (ages 11 to 15), and Adult class (ages 16+). By working on the physical traits of Speed, Power, Accuracy, Range, Reaction, and Balance our instructors are able to help Transform the students using our R15E program....our specialized 15 step process of achieving the 1st level of Black Belt, that helps students grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
