We kicked off Meditation Mondays with our after-school care kiddos this week! We’re taking a few quiet moments to breathe, reset, and practice being present. 💛

Meditation helps children build focus, self-awareness, and emotional regulation while giving them simple tools to manage big feelings. We’re excited to make mindfulness a part of our Mondays! 🌿✨

🔨Real Life Skills Workshop — Week 2! 🛠️
This week was all about getting hands-on! Our young builders put the finishing touches on their birdhouses from last week, painting them with creativity and plenty of personality. 🐦🏠🎨

Then, we dove into plumbing! 💧 Kids learned about different types of pipes and plumbing tools, practiced cutting PVC, and even designed and built their own PVC creations. They also had a blast experimenting with the sink plunger and exploring how drains work!

From painting to plumbing, our goal is to give kids the confidence and skills to build, create, problem-solve, and get curious about how things work in the real world. 💪
