💪 From nearly 380 pounds to the best shape of his life at 50.

Mike (nickname "Wonka") had already begun changing his health through better nutrition and walking when he discovered a group of men working out together. He walked over, found F3, and that decision changed his life.

F3 gave him more than workouts. The men around him challenged him to push harder, get stronger, and discover what he was capable of. Today, Wonka is under 200 pounds, wearing size 34 pants for the first time since he was a teenager, and doing things physically he never thought possible.

His story is a great reminder of what can happen when men surround themselves with other men who encourage them to keep getting better.

77 years old. 30+ pounds lost. A new purpose found.

When "The Mayor" showed up to his first F3 workout at age 74, he wondered if he belonged. Three years later, he's 77, more than 30 pounds lighter, leading workouts, and proving that F3 truly is for every man.

His story is a powerful reminder that it's never too late to get stronger, build lasting friendships, and become the man you're meant to be.

Men--every day you're in a battle, a battle for your health, a battle for your family, a battle for your very soul. There are forces, seen and unseen, that want you to fail. They're counting on you to fail. Some of these are within your own mind, reminding you of your past failure, telling you, "Hey, stay in the comfort of your warm bed instead of waking up, doing something difficult, and accelerating with other men who support you and require your support in return."
