Check out Circuit/Weight Training - In Person & Via Zoom: Wednesdays 6 - 7 pm (July series) with Robin offered July 6, 13, 20, 27. This new class is designed to help you improve your overall fitness level with a combination of weight/resistance training, aerobics, and other exercises performed in a circuit! Open to all. Advance registration required at least one hour in advance.

In recognition of a challenging economic reality for many of us, classes are offered as pay-as-you-are-able basis. Suggested payment is $15/drop in or $40 for the 4-week series (July 6 - 27).
Pay more if you can, less if you can't .

If you do not have a foam roller, you can still participate in class! We will also incorporate some standing balance exercises. More info in the comments below.

It has been said that life is not measured by the breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away. Mind and body work together through complex physiological signaling, and we breathe roughly 20,000+ times per day. Most breathing happens beneath our conscious control.

This week in Pilates Mat: Mondays 5 - 6 pm (February series), we will focus our attention on breathing as we tune into the last of the six Principles of Pilates.

As a reminder, Robin will be away at a conference this upcoming weekend so ~NO CLASS on THIS FRIDAY 2/11 or MONDAY 2/14.

This week in Pilates Mat: Mondays 5 - 6 pm (February series) and Pilates with Robin via Zoom: Fridays 9 - 10 am (February series), we will have the chance to explore the Pilates principle of Flow. Practice, awareness and a balance of concentration and ease enhance Flow. Often Flow is described as being "in the zone", or when mind and body are harmoniously immersed in an activity. There is a delicious sensation of ease that accompanies our best and most enjoyable performance. Moments of Flow happen for us each and every day, and that awareness of these moments heightens our potential for their enjoyment. Hope you can join us!
