social dance club is a fun way to dip your toes into the world of ballroom dancing without actually making any long-term commitments! sdc takes place every wednesday at 9:15—10:45 PM at the big weitz dance studio (including tonight!) so make sure you show up to learn a new dance or just hang out with your friends to some awesome music 👯‍♂️

Join Andrea Mirenda for Dancing With Heart, a free virtual annual celebration and fundraising event for Heart of Dance, on Wednesday, May 26 at 4:30pm, hosted by Jearlyn Steele! We shifted to a time we hoped would make it easier for students and educators to attend. It's a great way to understand what our programs are about.

You'll laugh, you'll dance, you'll be inspired! You'll hear from students and staff who have participated in their adapted programs this year. You'll hear how the Dancing Classrooms program for youth and the Dance for Life program for seniors have continued to provide physical, mental and emotional support throughout the isolation of the pandemic, as well as how Heart of Dance has used new virtual capabilities to connect beyond the Twin Cities metro area. Together we'll look back at the changes of the past year and ahead to what is on the horizon. You'll sign off after 35 minutes with a smile on your face!
